The Fushing Group built its original foundation on its parents company, Fu Sheng Rubber Industrial Company Ltd., a company incorporated in 1947 by Mr. F.L. Chen.

The Fushing Group was established and incorporated in 1975. Soon after its formation, the Fushing Group invested in its own manufacturing plants and commenced a number of joint ventures to become one of the original pioneers in the rubber, metal and couplings manufacturing industry.
RPM Engineering, USA was established and incorporated in 1997. RPM Engineering, USA became the Fushing Group’s first branch office and marketing hub in the United States.
RPM Engineering, China was established and incorporated in 2002. This factory became the Fushing Group’s first manufacturing facility in China. At this plant, the entire production process (from sourcing, to production, to quality control and to delivery) came under the full auspices and inspection of the Fushing Group; thus, creating a full production and delivery assembly facility, from beginning until end.
CHI was established and incorporated in 2006. This became another one of the Fushing Group’s manufacturing facility whereby composite hoses are produced. The Fushing Group became one of the first players to introduce this new technology and method of transporting liquid, gas and oil. The Fushing Group was one of the first pioneers to produce and market this new technology throughout Asia.
MCC, Germany was established and incorporated in 2006. MCC Germany became the Fushing Group’s distribution and marketing hub in continental Europe for products ranging from couplings and fittings to various rubber component parts and expansion joints.
Viet Star was established and incorporated in Vietnam in 2009. Viet Star became the Fushing Group’s branch office, serving as a warehouse and quality control hub in Asia for products ranging from couplings and fittings, to metal component parts and to various rubber component parts.
MCC, Australia was established and incorporated in 2015. MCC Australia became the Fushing Group’s distribution and marketing hub in Australia and New Zealand for products ranging from couplings and fittings to composite hoses.
Nexus holding was established and incorporated in 2016 to become the umbrella company for all the various entities.
The Nexus Group has always had a forward looking and an expansive world view in terms of company growth and a meticulous step-by-step philosophy in terms of implementation. From the inception, the Nexus Group believed in investing in its own manufacturing facilities.
With on-site supervision and quality control, the Nexus Group is aptly able to supervise full quality control and to respond right away to issues during the production process.
From there, the Nexus Group proceeded to establish various distribution hubs, from Southeast Asia to the US to Europe and then to Australia, to market its various products.
With on the ground offices and warehouses throughout the world, the Nexus Group is able to deliver personal customer service and respond right away to the customers’ needs and demands.
The Nexus Group has the competitive advantage of having full control of the manufacturing and delivery processes from beginning until end. In an age of prevalent outsourcing, the Nexus Group has its own joint ventures and manufacturing plants to be able to offer comprehensive service and fast responses.
In addition, the various warehouses, offices and marketing and distribution hubs strategically situated around the world offer quick on the ground customer service.
The goal is to establish more distribution facilities going forward to multiple this effect of quick customer response, fast service and timely delivery system.
